Terms and Conditions
|
1. Age limit
You must be at least 18 years of age (in some cases 21) to order original cigars from Cigarro-Plaza.com. By accepting these terms and conditions you are indicating you are of legal age to purchase cigars. To misrepresent your age is a felony charge. Those found falsifying their age will be prosecuted by the law. Surgeon General's Warning The Surgeon General has advised that smoking is hazardous to your health:
• Smoking causes lung cancer, heart disease, emphysema, and may complicate pregnancy.
• Smoking by pregnant women may result in fetal injury, premature birth and low birth weight.
• Cigars smoke contains carbon monoxide. Quitting smoking now greatly reduces serious risks to your health.
Terms of use tobacco products sold at Cigarro-Plaza.com are for personal use only and not for resale.
2. Products
The cigars which you buy on site Cigarro-Plaza.com are not fake. Our cuban cigars are 100% original and high quality.
3. Goods delivery
Goods are delivered by Registerd Air Mail and need to be signed for upon arrival. If your goods are not received in time, please email us quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order. Cigarro-Plaza.com ships cigars worldwide.
4. Delivery time
We ship cuban cigars worldwide and usually the delivery takes 4 – 10 days. Delivery time can vary depending on country and town. If your package isn’t delivered during 10 days after shipping you should contact us (by phone or by e-mail).
We will start investigation immediately. If your package isn’t delivered in 12 days we will offer you two ways:
1 - we will reship your order for free. Your new order should be of the same value.
2 - we will refund you money.
5. Shipping info
All orders are shipped after 24 hours once your credit card has been validated, excluding weekends and holidays. Cigars are shipped in parcels. In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of one a day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. The time between the first and the last parcel delivery is in average 5 to 10 days.
6. Orders
After an order is placed at Cigarro-Plaza.com, the customer is automatically notified by E-mail when we approve and ship his/her order (Please make sure your e-mail filter allows mail from support@cigarro-plaza.com). Please, notice that we do not ship orders within 24 hours to give the Customer a possibility to change, update or cancel his/her address and/or the order items . In such cases, those customers must immediately send us an e-mail with his/her changes. The order number must be enclosed when writing about changes in the order. Otherwise, order will be sent using primary introduced information.
There is no limit when purchasing at Cigarro-Plaza.com. The order quantity is left to the discretion of customers who must be aware of the laws in force in their country and the sanctions they may incur. For first-time customers a large quantity order is not accepted. For the first-time customer the order should be not more then for $400 USD. The minimum order should be not less then for $35 USD, the maximum quantity of cigars for an order is not more then for $1500 USD.
7. Return policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. Inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the products, or the products are faulty or incorrect, let us know via our support e-mail and we will give you return instructions. Then, return the unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange the merchandise or refund your credit card. The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement. Cigarro-Plaza.com is not responsible for the errors made by Customers while placing an order, i.e. wrong brand, types in or faulty shipping address. Cigars-Plaza.com cannot be held responsible for variations in the quality of the products caused by or owing to the acts and or omissions of the manufacturer or manufacturing process.
8. Refunds
In the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received by the Customer, the Company will replace it immediately following our subsequent receipt of those goods. If this is not possible we will make a full refund of the purchase price. Such Goods must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement. In case your goods are seized by Customs and Excise, please provide us with the documents proving the fact of seizing (scanned copy of the letter from Customs). In the unlikely event that goods are not subsequently returned to you by the Customs and Excise, and having complied with the Company's Terms and Conditions, we will replace your order FREE OF CHARGE.
9. Online Transactions Security
Secure On-Line Credit Card Transactions using our on-line shopping basket. When you have completed selecting your purchases proceed to the checkout where you will be prompted for your personal details. When the order is processed it will be encrypted and passed directly to the banking system for your security and peace of mind. As a company, we have no access to, nor do we hold any of your credit card details.
10. International Duty Laws
It is your responsibility to determine whether Internet purchases of cigars in your area are prohibited under local laws. In the event that you are charged duty upon receiving your parcel you have a choice to pay the duty or refuse the package, in which case the package will be returned to us and you will receive a refund for the order.
11. Privacy polices
By accepting these terms and conditions of sale you are also stating that you have read the Cigarro-Plaza.com policies section and agree to those policies as set forth.
12. User Agreement:
1. You agree and understand that the tobacco products that you are ordering are for your personal use and consumption and not for resale.
2. You understand that our tobacco products are not Made in the U.S.A. but in Europe. The country of origin is clearly indicated in the package that you will receive.

4. You agree to contact us first should any problems arise with your order without disputing the order with your credit card/bank issuer.
5. By ordering at our Internet Shop Web Site you declare that you read, agreed and accepted the terms and conditions on this document.
13. Non-disclosure
The information provided to us as a result of your online purchase, such as your name, E-mail address, phone number(s) and point of delivery or forwarding address are only used for shipping. The personal data of customers (mailing address, e-mail address, etc.) is not rent or sold to others. It is kept till our customer has received the order. Cigarro-Plaza.com doesn’t have a database containing the customer’s credit card details, and also doesn’t store information on files with who bought Cuban cigars online.
All products and services, displayed in the Internet-shop www.cigarro-plaza.com, are accepted for payment via VISA by "TELETRANSINFO" SRL, [legal] address: 40 Lazo str., Chisinau, Moldova, through a protected URL https://secure.e-centru.com. For security purposes, the card numbers are not kept by the company.
